Limited Lifetime Warranty On All Repairs Completed Include:
Body Work and Paint Warranty . . .
Body and Metal Work repaired shall include all welding and the application of all body shop materials utilized in completing repairs to damaged areas against creaking, flaking, pitting and/or deterioration. Rusted areas are not included in this Limited Lifetime Warranty. Upon our inspection of any future Metal Work Limited Lifetime Warranty claim presented, we will repair and repaint any Metal Work covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty unless it has been deemed new damage caused by unreasonable use, required maintenance and/or lack of care of the vehicle area repaired.
Paint Work completed shall have a Limited Lifetime Warranty on the original collision damages completed against blistering, cracking, bubbling, hazing and excessive loss of color on either the base coat and/or clear coat areas. Upon our inspection of any future Paint Work Limited Lifetime Warranty claim presented, we will refinish and repaint any Paint Work covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty unless it has been deemed new damage caused by unreasonable use, required maintenance and/or lack of care of the vehicle area repaired and refinished. Paint Work Limited Lifetime Warranty is valid only on repairs completed over factory finishes that are free from defects.
Parts Warranty . . .
Factory O.E.M. / Aftermarket Parts and Mechanical Repairs completed shall have the manufacturer’s warranty on all Factory O.E.M. and Aftermarket Quality Replacement Parts installed which will also include a one (1) year shop labor warranty for all mechanical repairs completed on the original collision invoice; excluding: suspension, air conditioning and/or other electrical assemblies and/or components. Upon our inspection of any future Mechanical Repair Limited Lifetime Warranty claim presented, we will repair any Mechanical Repair covered under our Limited Lifetime Warranty unless it has been deemed new damage caused by unreasonable use, required maintenance and/or lack of care of the vehicle area repaired and refinished.
Warranty Claims Submission . . .
Claims Submission on our Limited Lifetime Warranty for all Body and Metal Work, Paint Work, Factory O.E.M. / Aftermarket Parts and Mechanical Repairs are non-transferable and applies entirely to the assigned customer’s name on all completed work order requests and/or insurance claims at time of completed repairs by our company without exception. Upon our inspection of any future Limited Lifetime Warranty claim(s) presented, we will require your current vehicle registration document, valid driver’s license along with a copy of our original work order at time of completed repairs.
Additional Terms and Conditions . . .
This written Limited Lifetime Warranty shall not be varied, supplemented, qualified or interpreted by any other warranty statements, expressed or implied without exception.
This written Limited Lifetime Warranty shall not be null and void if the repair is altered, adjusted or tampered with in any manner by any person or business entity that is not authorized by this body shop repair facility. All Limited Lifetime Warranty authorized repairs shall be completed by this body shop without exception.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen items while vehicle is left in our possession. Please Remove All Personal Items Prior to having your vehicle towed and/or leaving your vehicle for repairs to be initiated at our body shop location without exception.
