“We purchased a extended vehicle service contract in early January 2008 for our 2002 Chevy Silverado. Our truck had 70,000 miles on it at that time, and was checked to be in excellent condition at that time of the warranty purchase. Unfortunately in early April, 2008, we found out that we needed some mechanical repairs and leaks fixed on the truck. We received excellent prompt service at Van’s Chevrolet for all the repairs with only the deductible to pay as promised by Steve Hank.
